1. RETAINERS & DAY RATES
- 5 hours per month – £335
- 10 hours per month – £600
- 15 hours per month – £880
- Day rate – £400
Terms & Conditions
Invoicing and billing
Retainers are invoiced at the beginning of each month (usually between the 1st and the 3rd) and payment is required in advance of work.
All invoices are to be paid within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon and stated in writing.
In the event of late or non-payments, BWM reserves the right to withhold client assets and/or pause progress on projects until payment has been made.
Commitments
All retainers require a 3-month minimum commitment per project/activity. This is in place to ensure there is enough time allocated to achieve the best possible results and outcomes for our clients.
Unused hours
Pre-booked hours are non-refundable and non-transferable (i.e. unused hours cannot be transferred to the following month or refunded)
Out of scope activities
Any work or activity that is required outside of the scope of the agreement set at the beginning of each retainer cycle will incur extra fees (usually at our hourly rate).
Extra charges
We will never add extra charges to your bill that haven’t been agreed to in writing. Although we do reserve the right to pause / withhold work if payment hasn’t been made at agreed times (set out in these terms or at the beginning of each retainer cycle), or if sit outside of the scope of work set out and agreed to at the beginning of each retainer cycle.
